What this site collects
This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies. Simply reading these pages does not create a record of your visit beyond the standard server logs kept by the web host.
The only information collected is what you voluntarily type into the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your business name, phone number, budget range, and a description of your project.
How that information is used
Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: so Josh Bonham can reply to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list or an automated sales sequence.
Who processes it
The contact form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes and forwards submissions by email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
The site itself is served as static files by a web hosting provider, which may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
How long it is kept
Inquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a project results, for the ordinary business record-keeping that follows. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
Email iceicesoftware@gmail.com to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. There is no account to close and nothing to unsubscribe from.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if analytics or a scheduling tool is added to the site — the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
